The breakfast and dinners were delightful, with lots of options and the food was always fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was also great, close to many attractions and activities.
The room was stuffy with a poor ventilation system and we were not given the room we had booked, which had a balcony. Instead, we were "upgraded" to a room with a shared balcony, which meant a loss of privacy.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious and exclusive experience. the spa & wellness center exceeded my expectations with its first, class service and amenities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and excellent massage services. the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool boast stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the room was spacious and well, equipped, with high, end facilities, and the restaurant offers delicious and unforgettable dining experiences.
The only minor issue I experienced was that some spa areas closed earlier than I preferred. this did not detract from my overall experience.

The hotel itself is nestled in the mountains, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. the rooms are spacious, comfy, and come with all of the amenities you could need. the breakfast is divine, with a large selection of fresh and tasty options, perfect for starting the day right. the onsite facilities are plentiful, including a swimming pool and spa, and the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and catered to.
Some guests may find that the temperature of the outside pool and jacuzzi is a bit chilly, which may detract from the overall experience.

Excellent service and attention to detail. the staff went out of their way to make my stay perfect. the location is ideal, with stunning views all around. Breakfast was a joy, with a variety of delicious options. the spa was a highlight, offering the perfect way to relax after a busy day.
The parking situation was difficult, with limited spots and some cars taking up multiple spaces. the ventilation system in the room could have been better, as it felt stuffy at times.

We loved our stay in the mountains! The hotel had excellent facilities, including a wonderful spa and comfortable rooms with fluffy robes. The breakfast was a joy to wake up to every morning with a stunning view from the terrace. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.
